City of Chicago BCAP appeal and renewal

Hello,

 

Has anyone here won an appeal through The City of Chicago BCAP after getting denied? It took 8 month for them to respond and I'm already up for a renewal.

 

Specifically what I need to know is:

Does anybody know what the city looks at when you renew your property?

After winning an appeal does anybody know if when you do a renewal they will denial you for the same issue they did before? I really don't want to deal with that denial/appeal process again.
