Hang in there. I am only in my second year and have made so many adjustments to keep up with my competition. But this was a year of learning and being proactive. I did better than last year but last year was all new to me so I’m not sure if that counts. I found that Offering great service and keeping your prices reasonable has made a difference Good luck!

@Elizabeth3436 Congrats, Elizabeth! I have been a superhost since I started seven years ago, and have never used my bonus coupons. I am grateful for the recognition, but I too, am too busy and sadly the coupon is only good for one year, then it goes away. I wish I could be rewarded with a gift card instead. More than likely, I would use the money for treats for my guests, or make nice additions to the guest rental. My only suggestion is to book a place as soon as you receive the bonus, and be done with it. At least it is not wasted!

Hi Everyone! We are pretty pumped about being Superhosts for the first time. I do have a question. It seems like Superhost status can be removed if your reviews drop, or your response rate or your cancellation rate. But what if you don't get enough bookings (which is kinda out of our control)? Looking forward to connecting!

As a user of the platform for years, I did always want to host. Having the right kind of space helps, alongside putting your guest at the centre of everything. Multiple tips on Airbnb including help with things like professional photography were great resources.
What I honestly enjoy most about hosting is that now I just don’t enjoy the beautiful farm-stay alone, but with people from around the world. Meeting like minded nature lovers, youngsters and family people from all walks of life, both local and global and seeing them smile. It makes getting everything right so much fun.
I wish everyone here all the best and thank you with folded hands, for sharing your homes with fellow travellers. Upwards and onwards this 2025 to creating more stories, memories and smiles 🙂

thank you for inviting us to the "Superhost Community". We were awarded "SUPERHOST" today 01-09-2025. This special achievement is our award from Airbnb because WE CARE providing excellent hospitality going above and beyond now and in the future for our guests at our Pahrump Vacation House#1 in Nevada, near Death Valley & Las Vegas.
We are hosting an entire house on a property over 2 acres, completely remodeled 2024, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, central A/C, brand-new furniture, Roku TV, workstation, and a spacious kitchen. Our guests enjoy amazing sunsets, mountain views and nature.

@Quincy , For the 1st time since 2018, I did not make Superhost. In over the 7 years of hosting, I had my first host cancellation (April 2024). With over 177 stays in 2024, I lost my Superhost by .02% (1.02%) during the Oct - Dec 2024 assessment period. Not happy that Airbnb held my one and only host cancellation against me for a full year.
We have 3 listings - all have 5 star reviews and GUEST Favorite Seals.
I wish I could understand WHY our listings are NOT HIGHER on the search?? Guests tell us they had to search and search- couldn’t find us on the map searches!!! I cannot understand? Anyone have any insight for me?? Thank you! I love hosting and want to share our special place! Natalie
