Hello All, 

My name is Andrew. I have a small real estate company here in Jax called Joseph Ellen Properties (literally me, my wife, and an assistant). I like to connect w/ other landlords/ hosts and share what I do....because well, you never know who I can bring value too.

WHAT WE DO: We manage short term rentals along with buying single family homes for us to hold when they pop up (kind of like our retirement plan). I am trying to connect with hosts that have interest in outsourcing their STR management.
