Hello everyone 🌷
We're experiencing the change of seasons in different parts of the world. In some places, spring is arriving and the days are getting longer🍃, while in others, autumn is beginning, and slowly the leaves are shedding to signal a change of scenery 🍂
In both instances, significant changes can occur around our places. It could be a new color to decorate our gardens, and sometimes we even decide to change part of the decor or take the opportunity to do a spring clean ✨
What's the biggest change in your accommodation with the change of seasons?
Would you like to share a photo that showcases the adjustments made around your place?
In British Columbia, the tulip festival🌷 is about to begin, making it a place full of color and life.
Let’s share some experiences and photos in the comments 😊
Buongiorno @Paula ,
we are very lucky to have a small private garden in Venice (Italy) 😍 For starters, having a private garden in Venice is extremely, extremely rare. They practically don’t exist! And when spring approaches it's time to enrich it with flowers!
Hello @Andrea6232 , it's great to hear that you can offer this garden as a major differentiator for your listing from others in Venice. What's the average temperature during spring in Venice? Do guests enjoy spending time outside during this season?
Thank you so much for sharing this lovely picture; I can't wait to see all the flowers blooming 🌻
Ciao @Paula , Spring in Venice is fantastic! Not too hot, not too cold. When we go there we have lunch (and sometimes also dinner) always outside 😍
No, I don’t change things according to season. Fort Lauderdale there’s only one season, Summer!
In Michigan, the lake house is only open in the spring and summer months.
Hello @Shayla23 yes, you are absolutely right; Fort Lauderdale has great weather ☀️. I had the opportunity to visit last year and really enjoyed the nearby beaches. What is the peak season there?
Pick is December through mid April
If you want to see change of seasons it’s Fort Lauderdale and whole Florida . If you don’t change prices you are either loosing out on high season prices or you can’t rent anything from April to October
Nice pictures, @Jahangir-Ahmad0. Thanks for sharing. What's the name of the river in the second picture?
YES! Just like with a good “spring” cleaning we give our listing a good freshening up🎣☀️ Time to switch out cozy fireplace and fuzzy blankets photos with bright beach towels & boat pics! We move pool pics to the front of the lineup and indoor pool & hot tub to the back. Swap out winter activity photos like ice skating with summer swim up bars & go-kart photos. We actually make the switch in our listing as soon as Valentines Weekend is booked, then it’s onto Spring Breakers & Summer Vacationers.
