Earnings Summary & Transaction History Excel Analysis

Hello everyone,

As a superhost, I am always trying to better understand my performance and earnings report per listing! Since some of this information is not provided by Airbnb, I need to then download my transaction history and calculate everything manually... which takes me a lot of time!

I thought that some of you hosts are also sometimes having troubles working with the transaction history / earnings report which you can download directly from the website... So that's why I elaborated an automated excel template that analysis everything for you and provides you with interesting KPI's and individual listing performance.
