I have a question to which have not been able to find an answer. I have a guest requesting to stay just one night and my settings are for flexible cancellation so the setting says FULL REFUND if outside the 24 hours. So the question is does the guest get charged service fees regardless? In this instance it is not a massive amount (probably only about £10) but I want to know for future bookings. So the question is: does FULL REFUND mean EVERYTHING they have paid including any fees? Many thanks for any help out there.
