To set the scene, this guest has emailed me regularly, requesting and informing me of requirements and changes to their booking, which is great.
Now I’ve received a communication letting me know they will still be coming but “can you ensure 100% the place is sanitised”.. COVID19 and all..
how can I ensure this? Our cleanliness ratings are super high rated by previous guests.. but I can’t ensure it’s 100% unless I fumigate.. which is not an option.
Sorry, I realise this is an incredibly better situation than what most hosts are faced wit (cancellations).
I’d really appreciate opinions regarding the options in how to respond, please no criticism around my question for help.
