Help! We are Super Hosts caught in a 5 months long TECH NIGHTMARE with our HSR Number on AIRBNB!!

I've spoken to dozens of "Customer Service" people at AIRBNB.... they assure me that the problem will be fixed, and then POOF!! They disappear and stop communicating. My last conversation was with someone named "SHANICE".....we had daily emails from DEC 1- - JAN 3 where she assured me that a person from TECH SUPPORT would be contacting me shortly......she seemed sincere, recognized that I do have a very valid and real problem with a TECH GLITCH on the Airbnb site. And then one day, after a month of stringing me along, she just closed the conversation, and now I have to start all the way over. 

 

 

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 5 MONTHS!!! I NEED A REAL HUMAN BEING IN TECH SUPPORT TO CALL ME!!!

 

Here is my NIGHTMARE PROBLEM:

 

Everyday, around 9:20AM, my HSR number gets deleted from my SUPERHOST account and my settings change to 30+ day stays only.  If I don't fix it, I will not get any bookings.  I have to then go in and RE-INPUT my HSR NUMBER. Then change the days from 30+ day stays to the 2+ day stay that I prefer.

 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEAS...... If anyone has any clue as to how I can solve this problem, please contact me. It's some kind of weird Technical Glitch.

We would love some help with our Magically disappearing HSR number problem that we’ve had for over 5 months. It’s something I have to fix every single day on your website in order to have less than 30 day stays. 

Every person I’ve spoke to at customer service has promised me that Tech Support will be contacting me, yet I’ve never had anyone contact me to help. 

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company’s customer service department.  5 months.....still no help. 

I’m so desperate to get this problem fixed so that I don’t have to clean up this problem every single day on our listing.

Hi @David-And-Katie1  I'm sorry to see this is still not resolved. As I've explained to you in the past, passing over the information to the appropriate department is, unfortunately, all we can do from our side here on the Community Centre. Having said that I will pass this on for you now and explain the situation once more . Please do let me know of any updates on this and thank you for your patience.

@David-And-Katie1  Wow, that is weird one.  I always call the SF HQ number, the 415 number, it may be my imagination, but I perceive that service and understanding levels are higher this way.  You could try that.
