How to share in the most effective way Check-In information with the upcoming guests

I've noticed, that all the guests are asking about chek-in info, despite i have very detailed instructions in Check-In section and House Manual.

Then after some investigation, I've found on Airbnb Help site, that it is Airbnb, who is recommending guests to reach out to the host and ask about Check-In.

Is it possible and more logical to change this Airbnb recommendation and to advise first to go to Check-In section and /or house Manual and only in case if there is not enough information to contact host ?Just thinking loudly 🙂

I don't know what Airbnb sends the guests or when they send it but I don't rely on Airbnb for anything. About 5 days prior to arrival I pull up the guest's message thread, review/remind myself of any information pertaining to their stay and then I send them the directions/check-in instructions via a saved message template. Works every time.

You create your own messages but them you save them and can add them to a message thread in 2 clicks. So you can copy your house manual and check-in instructions into a saved message and manually send it to the guest X days before arrival. This way the guest will get it before they ask and you won't have to waste your time telling the guest the steps through Airbnb to find the information.
