Can ANYONE help? I email and message them about refunding my cancelled tenant but No answer and the server on AIRBNB continues to say there is a problem. Please let me know if you've been able to get them.

I don't think that Airbnb would share information with you regarding a guest's refund, because that is personal financial information. If you didn't receive a cancellation notification, you can contact Airbnb to confirm that the reservation has been canceled, but the guest must follow up with Airbnb regarding the refund.
