Incompetent and rude offshore airbnb case management

I am still trying to find out if there is such a thing as a complaint department at airbnb to complain about their incompetent offshore case managers. I just lost 1 weeks income due to a no show guest who claimed he tried to call me several times at 1 pm on a Sunday and his check in time was agreed as 7 pm. Because I did not answer my phone straight away due to me visiting my very ill husband the Philippino case Manager cancelled the reservation without even giving me time to reply...not asure if the airbnb community can be helpful? I have seen thousands of unhappy comments online regarding the non existing or very incompetent customer service of airbnb online from both, hosts and guest alike.Kind regards Ursula K

I suggest calling the San Francisco number during California business hours to speak to the US call center. 

 

Every time I talk to someone in the US, they are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.
