Hello!
Can anyone share you experience or suggest why all of sudden listings are getting unlisted without any reason or not being informed.
All of sudden found my listings are unlisted and writing to Airbnb and contacting them over phone but says, your case/appeal has been escalated to specialized team but no response yet. Can anyone advise in this regard?
Thanks & regards,
Martin****
Hi @Martin4304
Sorry to hear about this! I've passed your details over to the Support team and asked if they can help with an update.
If I hear any updates, I'll let you know.
Jenny
Hi Jenny,
My property is listed by a cyber scammer (by name Fiona) and approaching guests a deal outside the airbnb. I raised a complaint with Airbnb with all the proofs but action from the Airbnb end yet to be initiated. It's been almost my listings are suspended/unlisted for No reason. I'm keep sending message/making calls to support team , they say all the time "I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we will escalate this issue to the next level and you will get a response within 24 hours but the problem remains unresolved. Scammers are making listing of my property at higher rate and approaching guests outside the deal, yesterday one of my past guest wants to book my place and he notified this fraudulent activities happening on Airbnb platform and he immediately called me and gave me an alert. Upon my past guest's intimation, i informed to Airbnb, they assured they will investigate and take action to resolve the issue, let's wait n see.
The fact and reality is, The original property owner's listings (my listings, Superhost) are Suspended/unlisted and Scammer's listings are live on Airbnb.
The particular scammer by name Fiona has totally 480 listings and My property is one among them.
Thanks & regards,
Martin
Dear Jenny
Thank you very much for your kind support.
Thanks & regards,
Martin
Airbnb has an appalling approach to suspending host listings. They normally do this when there has been a guest safety complaint or you have low ratings .
in the case of guest complaints they don't bother to check with the host first they just suspend with no warning .
did you have any issues with guests recently @Martin4304
Till today I received all positive reviews and all my guests were happy with the services I provided. Absolutely, there is no complaint received or issues with the guests. I still surprised why did this happen?
Thanks & regards,
Martin Philip
