Looking for Waikiki Cleaning Fee and Property Manager

I currently live in San Jose and have a few condos that is in Waikiki. Currently a property manager runs it but I want to try to AirBNB my place. I need to find a cleaning services company that is reliable at a reasonable price. If you are or know a great property manager, I would be open to discussing more as well. Any insight from anyone would be great.
