I almost cry when i write this email looking for help in this community .
Let me introduce myself first , I’m Eady from China and I’ve been hosting on airbnb for 4years , have been had so many good experience here , I’m a loyal member of airbnb community , so i devoted myself to make all the guests happy and make them love airbnb community as well .
Today my guests ask me why i cancel their reservation and i feel so shocked cause I didn’t do anything . Then i go to Airbnb , and more surprisingly , i find out my airbnb account is suspended and airbnb cancel all my reservations! Until then , I haven’t got any notifications from the official team .
If i break any certain rules of airbnb , please let me know , but suspending my account and cancel my reservation truly break my heart , both me and the guests feel confused . Is this what i deserved as a loyal member ? Feel so helpless now ...
