I am a Superhost with 4.97 reviews. I recently received an email from Matthew (GMT +8 time zone) that there was recently a complaint of a party or event during a recent reservation. I was never aware of any event, nor was my property manager who lives nearby, or my next door neighbors! I have not been given any information such as a date this was to have occurred, or even which reservation it involved. I have no way to defend myself, or my guest. My acct has now been suspended. I have spoken with several representatives at Airbnb but all I get is that they will call me back, but never do. I am extremely frustrated and want get this settled. Can anyone help?
