My rental car got damage by another guest at the same property

Hi, my rental car got damage by another guest at the same building. It was a horrible night she was screaming  around the building and knocking at the door like crazy. I couldn’t understand what she was saying because of the language. Next thing I see is her going to the rental car with a knife and scratch it all. What can I do about this?

Hopefully you have photo or video evidence @Fatima425 . Contact the police and provide them with your evidence. If you are sure she is an Airbnb guest in a property managed by your host. Contact your host to report this.

Contact your rental car company and share the police report with them.
