I am looking to lead a Facebook group for hosts in the Catskills area of New York which consists of: Sullivan, Delaware, Ulster and Greene counties. Airbnb recently asked for hosts to submit a request to start a group and I filled everything out but I never heard back. I'm not sure how to inquire about the status of my request with Airbnb. Any help to get this going would be greatly appreciated.
Start your own group, why are you needing Airbnb permission.
Then they'll want to monitor it and stifle honest discussions. Make sure if when you do get one up and running you thoroughly screen requests to ensure they're hosts and not guests.

They are doing you a favor as those groups are quite useless. We joyed in only to read nonsense, nothing useful whatsoever. If you have time on your hand you better invest it in your hosting, the guests are going to at least appreciate it. Best of luck!
