Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Bhumika , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula and @Rebecca   and we are thrilled to have you join us.

Let's kickstart this thread with a little about us Community Managers:

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 6+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Elisa : I was born in Italy 🇮🇹 and as a lover of unique experiences—from exploring the streets of Rome🇮🇹 , Paris 🇫🇷, and Toronto 🇨🇦 to appreciating timeless art and cuisine—I'm here to blend the old with the new.

Where are you from?  >>>  Hi, I'm from the Northeast of the US of A.

And is there something special about the location of your accommodation that you'd like to share?   >>>  I've had a remote rental house for 30 years in Vermont which I have shared with friends and folks looking for a rental.   I joined Airbnb to assist with rental exposure and I've been quite happy with the results. 

Since my house is remote, I've installed environment monitoring tools to assist me in maintaining the house.  I was looking for some consideration of how I need to monitor my remote property and found that Airbnb support was not responding such the I could get answers.  Asking to escalate and discuss with Airbnb my concerns was going in circles, so I joined the community to see if anyone else had problems communicating with support.

You will not read that I am complaining about Airbnb because if they do well, I'll do well.  Thus in full disclosure, I have no complaint other than a minor difficulty in having a discussion with Airbnb leadership.   I am sure with persistent communication attempts, I'll eventually get to someone who can help.   That's my story, looking forward to reading the forums and ask all to help Airbnb be successful.   Thank you!

to mail Valentine’s Day cards, Loveland is on the eastern base of the Rocky Mountains, about one hour north of Denver, Colorado.

Είμαι η Γλυκερία Τραπεζικός στο επάγγελμα και μόλις επέστρεψα από τη Βουδαπέστη μετά από 8 μήνες!!Θα εκτιμούσα τις πολύτιμες συμβουλές σας για την προβολή του καταλύματός μου [Amaryllis Apartments ]που βρισκόταν στη Βραύρωνα Αττικής.

Ουσιαστικά μία κράτησή έγινε από μία εξαιρετική οικογένεια από τη Μολδαβία η οποία μου ζητούσε έναν σύνδεσμο για να γράψουν σχόλια για τη διαμονή τους .. όμως δεν ήξερα και επιπλέον αντιμετώπισε την επείγουσα μετάθεσή μου!!

I just Airbnb my 1948 Spartan vintage trailer that includes a vintage  "boat jacuzzi" and cedar barrel sauna. take a look on my profile and tell me what you think.

 I like mountain biking,  that's why i build a campervan to tour the USA. I think I can call myself an  entrepreneur and daydreamer😎 

I also love 🌮🌮🌮🌮 tacos  and talk to people.

Hi,  I'm Diane, I have a little 1 bed self contained flat just south of Cardiff, Wales on Air BnB.  I started about 3 weeks ago and I've already had 3 guests stay and another one due this week.  

If anyone has any useful tips on cleaning I would be most grateful as it's taking quite a time after each visit at the moment.  The guests do leave it clean but I still seem to spend a lot of time cleaning.  This weekend I did try using my robot vaccum which can hoover and mop which did do a very good job.  Any other time savings ideas are gratefully received.

Great idea with the robot vacuum! I feel like I need one of them as I have a young family! 

The Community Center will be a great space for you to get advice from other Hosts. 

My favourite boards and ones you could pop your questions into are:
✨ Ask about your listing - You can ask other Hosts to critique your listing, you could be pleasantly surprised at what other people see!

✨ Advice on your space - This is great for general questions about your space specifically, for example, the amenities that you have at the property to what types of sheets that you use.

Hi everyone! I live in Ohio and recently purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina that we are trying our best with as our first Airbnb property. This is where we vacationed our entire life and where we plan to retire. In the meantime we wanted to provide an amazing space for others to make memories!
