Not all of my travel credit has been applied to my booking

Hi everyone!

I cancelled a booking earlier in the year due to the COVID pandemic, and received a travel credit of £1472 to use on my next booking. I made a new booking yesterday, however only £1074 of my credit was applied, leaving me to pay the remaining £485 balance myself. I'm sure there'll be a reason for this-- I just can't seem to find it anywhere! Would anyone be able to tell me why the full credit amount hasn't been applied?
