Overall Quality for our account being shown as a simply a hyphen "-" with no score?

We know the minimum average for Superhost is 4.8.  Why does AirBnB no longer show our current score, but only our "percent" of 5-star reviews?  Have they switched the metric to percent instead of star average?

This is a glitch and happening to many hosts. 

But luckily the Superhost page still appears to be showing stats:

Hi Stephanie....

We are using the desktop version under Google Chrome on Mac OS 10.13.6.  As Emilia42 commented above it seemed to be a known or common issue.  We were able to see the average under Superhost but not Overall Quality, though they do not show the exact same average score as they cover different time periods.  Today for the first time we are seeing it showing up again though.  Thanks.
