Property type - Static mobile home, Caravan

Can anyone tell me why guests in UK cannot search specifically for mobile homes, static caravans?
I am a host and have a static caravan on a holiday park but the nearest description I can find for listing my property is RV or tiny house which is not really applicable to UK but more for USA as it is not accurate description and many holidaymakers in UK are not familiar with Americanised terms. 
I think by not including the property type - caravan or mobile home (a common search term in UK ) in the search terms guests are unable to find what they want on Airbnb and I am therefore potentially losing bookings.
At present I am listing my property on social media on specific caravan hire holiday groups and directing guests to my Airbnb page but having to continually renew my listings to keep them up to date is very time consuming and I am left wondering why I am actually listing on Airbnb when there is no specific category for my holiday home and I and my guests are paying a fee I and they would not have to pay if I dealt with guest directly.

I'm trying to host my static Caravan on Airbnb and having problems looking for the right category. Any idea what I should choose ?

I don't want to give guests the wrong impression of what the property is.

Looks like a common problem 

Same issue Iv had to go with flat/apartment as felt campervan moterhome wasn’t the right category
