So, on check in everything was fine but until the end of the day my guests realize that boiler is not working.
(of course it was Saturday evening, and on Sunday nobody will come to fix it). I proposed them full refund and they agreed. Unfortunately I still wait the answer... I gave back money which I received but airbnb's fees aren't back to guests. I think that guests deserve full amount and I don't know why Nestor still doesn't answer me.
