I am very disappointed
I have lost $ 1500.
I booked to stay 6 night at Richards place in Double bay NSW.
the borders closed a few days before we were due to stay. So I contacted him, and he said a refund would be no problem.
he gave me the $110 back. And then switched his phone off so neither myself or anyone else can contact him. He has also not answered any of my messages. Has not answered Airbnb’s Calls.
master card has said it’s between me an the vendor and they can’t help either.
it’s a lot of money.
can honestly say I won’t be using Airbnb again. At least with hotels they will either refund or let you move your booking.
