Travelers wanting to Cancel a reservation due to corona

I noticed that when replying to questions you are quick to deputize superhosts. I have looked through your options and I can’t find an option to ask a fellow host/rep a question directly. Have I overlooked the option or is there no such thing, thank you. I have a reservee who is worried about the full refund clause due to the ongoing pandemic. I suggested they reach out to you only to hear that her response from you was generic. Can you help with the situation. Appreciate the cogs operating the app, continue the good works.

@Joslyn6  this is a community forum so everyone here is a host or a guest apart from a few admins, so you are asking hosts here directly 🙂

However I am not sure what you mean when you say your guest is worried about the cancellation policy - what are they worried about in particular?

Have you read the policy so you can help advise your guests?
