Traveling on Saturday. Need to fill out COVID forms which require an address and phone #. ABNB does not provide until one hour before the itinerary. Everyone in the world had to adapt to new ways but ABNB is yet to fig it out. Decided to call ABNB and they blame it on the host not wanting to share. The host is not the bottleneck. ABNB wants to save a buck. This when i have used it over a dozen times and sometimes with the same host when i could have gone off-platform easily. If this is how i get treated, wonder what happens to a new bee.. The contact info requested is needed to help with contact tracing but ABNB does not care about COVID or our safety.
