I have tried 2 different types of ID multiple times. With spotlights on them because it says to make sure well lit. Just rejection after rejection. Occasionally different reasons (could not make out the photo, seems to be a copy) I suspect what/whoever is checking them only has a dropdown rejection message to pick from.
All my requested for help are met with standard responses like make sure well lit and make sure photo is in the frame. Or indeed have you tried asking another host for advice? Great customer service; ask another customer they may have an answer...
Nothing more to do but advertise elsewhere?
