Very slow bookings

Hello all, I am 20 miles south of San Francisco and have had a tremendous year and a half with AiRB&B but as of the past month I have had very little traffic and very few bookings. Anyone else experiencing this? We did have a long term rental (7 weeks) where the place wasn't available but that ends Nov 23rd and there's been very few inquiries.

Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or it's seasonal or the economy.

I can relate to that, in my case we have a huge 2 bedroom pool villa and for years it was constantly booked, I took a 3 month booking and after that it was like it fell off the radar, it took me ages to get it going again. I dont have the answer Im afraid.

Right now here in Thailand the STR market is booming we are fully booked till next March and have been all this year, the low season has been the best in years, 

All you can do is sign up on other platforms see if you can pick up business from them, Post your listing here maybe we can give you some advise.
