When do reviews open for guest reviews and vice versus?

At what time will I be able to review my guests, and them me? For example, today my guest checked out at 11 am and my next guest has already checked in, its almost 3 pm, and I am still unable to review my guest, and them me. I want to batch my work in airbnb and time my review reminder, but when we are given the option to review each other seems totally random. Any thoughts?

I usually get my review reminder 3-4 hours after checkout, sometimes a little later.

Yesterday after my guest checked out I didn't get a review reminder. The only reason I knew it was time was that I saw a review from the guest (she was fast).

Seems I normally get a reminder within a few hours.

Is there a way I can leave a review before the reminder? I don't see a button.

It varies. I get an e-mail notification to review anytime between 1 pm and 6 pm Eastern time. Every day and every stay is different. There could be some logic to it but I don't know what it is.
