Has anyone experienced the following issues. This has happened to e twice and has impacted on my Super host rating and disappointed potential guests
I have linked my Airbnb and Vbro booking sites to auto fill each other's calendar when a booking comes through. As a precaution I go into Airbnb calendar ( this is where the issues seem to arise) and manually check and update my calendar if the system has not synched the outside booking.
Recently I had a cancellation from an Airbnb guests for an upcoming booking. Minutes later I received a reservation request from another booking site ( I only use two booking sites and the main bookings are from Airbnb) so I accepted the new request and manually blocked my Airbnb calendar making a note regarding the booking I had received from another site. To my surprise I received a new reservation for that same period from Airbnb two hours later.
I find it really hard to get on to Airbnb so I thought I would run this by you. I have sent Airbnb guests a request to change the dates with an offer of a complimentary extra night and explained why.
How. can I raise this efficiently with Airbnb, like does anyone have their phone contact number or direct email address and have any other hosts experienced this
