I had someone have to cancel due to issues outside of her control. We had a good conversation about it via Airbnb messages. I would still like to write a review regarding her communication. Can I do this and if so, how do I go about writing a review on her?
Airbnb will only prompt you to write a review if the reservation is canceled on the day of arrival or during the stay. Even day of arrival cancelations are a mystery now since Airbnb recently changed their procedures. Sometimes I get a message to review and sometimes I don't. I'm not sure what prompts the review anymore. But anyway, if this guest cancels before arrival day then neither of you will be given the option to review.
