Why is Airbnb responding as a guest in messaging between guest and host?

I think its safe to say that a large number of host are upset by the way AirBnB has treated it's host. Their actions have left no doubt what little respect they have for host, where the host stand with them or how little they care about the financial burd... Latest reply by Jackie570
