Hi - My guest cancelled after 49 hours and my refund policy is set to "strict" so they only received 50% of their payment back. There were unforseen circumstances and I'd like to refund their money (minus any fees). I see that airbnb will credit me the remaining 50% AFTER the reservation starting date (mid June). I'd like to refund the rest of this guest's money now- but how? Do I have to wait until airbnb puts the money in my account (mid-June). If I click "send money" now, does the money get deleted from my account? How does this work? Thank you!
