We live in a very well located home in a resort town so finding guests isn't a problem. We are able to open up our home for STR since we travel a lot and we do a lot of house-sitting on Rover.com...we also do dog-walking! Sometimes we will have 2 house-sitting gigs, a couple of dog-walking gigs while renting our property! It gets super-complicated sometimes. Sometimes I wonder why we are taking on so much...I am beginning to think we are doing it "just to see if we can"! The good news is , we are having fun with this! We manage our schedule with a big dry-erase calendar and we have a property manager handle the property to lighten our load a bit. Is anyone else out there doing anything similar? I am interested in your techniques used to juggle your schedule!
