Hello,
My guest cannot see his booking on his side but I can see it on mine? please help.

I have a second guest who was unable to book 2 consecutive nights. Was this her error? Please can you tell me how I can correct this and make it one booking for her.

You'll need to call customer services, @Mell219, in order to fix the double-reservation issue. You might also want to check the finer details of your listing, as I'm seeing 'Entire house (sleeps 12) available for intimate weddings and small events', yet a four-person max appears to have been set...and all for £34 a night.
