im trying several time to list my place and for some reason the app locked my account

im trying to list my place and make all steps good

but once i but phone no and the ID , the app give me massage that will review my data and will send me mail. but this   never happened!!!!! and when i tried to login a massage appear  that my account locked for security reason !!!!!!!!!

please need help to list my place

Your account is probably still in the verification process (ID)

It shows now only email address is verified.

 

You need to contact Airbnb for this issue.
