murcia one arbnb 3 owners

we all inherited a really gigntic farmhouse in ricote valley murcia. we are 3 cousins.. so now all 3 are airbnb ing their part.. the house has one nme which is the family name we all shar but in airbnb we are 3 different users.. 3 phone numbers.. the house has now 3 little pools one for each owners house....problem is that guests arrive and dont know where to go to whom or what to pay.. ...one cousie lies and tells guests they have all the house to them selves but upon arrival they find 2 other families out  their door making noise and partying..even the owners have houses here and we sometimes are next door. i tell the truth that i wont bee home those days but my cousins lie . once a  group arrived and asked me who i was.. im the owner i live here.. they called my cousin for a refund...anyone else deal with this..its the cortijo de los castellanos

Family issues can be tough sometimes.

it is unfair to the guest to not tell them the truth, I’m sorry for your situation.
