I'm curious how to leave a review of someone who was less than a stellar guest.  They didn't do any damage and I don't want to nuke them.  They did leave copious amounts of trash that seems unrealistic for a 2 day stay that doesn't allow partying and extra guests.  They also left the place,--I'm not sure how to say it-- "well used" and messy.

@Christopher1227 Keep it simple, be brief and stick to the facts as you know them. i.e.  'So and so left the space with more trash than is typical of a two night stay for X amount of guests, and there was cleaning in excess of the norm required'

@Christopher1227  Unless the guest was all around horrible, always mention any positives as well, so you come across as balanced and fair. "XX was friendly and quiet and communication was clear. Unfortunately, the place was left very dirty and messy, requiring extensive cleaning time above normal".
