AirBnB is charging me twice for a cancelation from a year ago

A year ago, I had a guest that wanted to cancel after staying a night because a gas leak. I offer her full refund and the payment was returned to her. After that, I closed down my apparment for rent to make the repairments. Now I'm having a new guest and Airbnb is signalizing that it's going to charge the refound that was already made.

 

How a where can I put a  complain? No one is answering my calls nor my messages via twitter

That is how refunds function.  When the guest was refunded the full amount, you were already paid for the reservation, the funds were released within 24 hours of check in.  Therefore, Airbnb will now collect that money back - from your future earnings.  This is a part of the Terms of Service.
