Availability?

I have a guest that's trying to book but it seems like there's an issue with the system.

1. The system says dates not available but they are available.

2. Also, when I look at the Calander it says that the guests ID is being verified but it's more than 24 hours.

3. And the last date the guest wants is showing up as Green (booked right?) eventhough there is no booking on this date.

I am not sure if I understood your questions but I will try to help you 🙂

your guest requested to book from 21 - 28. It means he will arrive 21st after your check in time (let's say after 14:00 h) and leave 28th before your check out time (let's say until 12:00 h) That is why 28th is half green.

You have 20 gray and 28th half gray and it means that is blocked by you. Did you set your availability settings to block one day before and one day after each booking so you have one day preparation time?

Booking will be confirmed as soon as verification process ends. I am not  sure but obviously it can be more than 24 h. Those days are now blocked for other people by the system. You will be notified if his booking succeed or not.
