You just had contact with Kevin about a booking he chanceld,and for reopen his dates. I just booked kevins place and didnt see the missing amount I already used for other places i booked, I booked 2 times, they both cancelled...i didnt see the coupon in time..so I cancheld kevins, to book again, hoping i would see the missing amount, because I already payed over 400 and kevins is 336, and to use the coupon....Now I am in Kevins chanchelling policy, and its not good. Kevin asked me to contact you to make it right again. I just want to book his place, and want my money back, and use this coupon.
Can you please have a look at it?
