Cancelation booking

Hi there,

 

Can you please help me with the following problem. I am hosting a guest from 4 - 11 augustus, but unfortunately it seems to look like the contractor wont finish the rebuilding (because of a huge fire) on time.

 

I want to communicate this on time, so the guest is able to find something else.

i am really sorry but eventually I cant help!

 

please let me know what to do!

If you can not  accommodate your guests, you must inform them and cancel the reservation (you will face panelties from Airbnb). You can also contact Airbnb and ask for penalty free cancellation due to special circumstances. Maybe Airbnb can also relocate the guests..
