Different named guest arriving to guest that made the booking

I am concerned as the person arriving tomorrow is now different to the person that made the booking.

Also no info on the profile.

I am trying to get through to Airbnb but there has been no answer after 30 minutes.

This is concerning, and it is also not allowed.  That said, it does happen.  I'm not sure what to advise, as I would be suggesting to contact the company, and I see you are already trying to do that.  I believe you might be able to get them to do the cancellation (and therefore avoid the penalties) since this is against the Airbnb rules if you are able to eventually communicate with them.

 

I also understand that the best, quickest wy to get a response is to tweet at them, although I haven't done this, so I cannot vouch for it myself.
