No solidarity for superhosts

I feel really let down by Airbnb because we lost our superhost status after 6 years. Our approval rate dropped to 4.7 and the Airbnb algorithms decided that we are no longer superhosts. I tried to get some consideration from Airbnb in these difficult corona times but that was out of the question. It is the algorithms that decide and there is no consideration at all. Very disappointing from Airbnb that claims that it takes care of their hosts

Yes I perfectly agree: I have been a super host since 2016, and now suddenly not since of covid.

Someone at airbnb should look for another job.....
