Profile not coming up in any search - after 90 London limit unblocked. HELP

Airbnb blocked my calendar when my 90 days limit were filled on my profile.  When they eventually unblocked my calendar my profile did not come up on any search and I am getting no bookings.  Viewings have dropped off the cliff and i receive no bookings at all.

I have contacted Airbnb and they say that it has been escalated to IT.  They are trying to be helpful but the service is extremely slow.  2 months later I am still not getting bookings from the date when I was first blocked.

Has anyone else had the same or similar probelms and does anyone else have any suggestions?

HI Mark

Yes, similar problem here but haven't detected anythin related to calendar availability.  We just, randomly, did a search for our suburb using dates we knew to be available and our listing does not show in the 18 pages.  This continued to happen when we used all the filters.  Our listing is relatively new, we have had 8 bookings with 4.8* average review and we use Instant Book.  I have heard about new listings being relagated to lower search results but ours has completely disappeared.

Any suggestions?

Hi Mark

I have the same problem and am trying to figure out which is the best solution but not having much luck.

Have you had any response from IT yet? and if so what did they say?

Thanks

@Marcus2

Not sure I understood your question as you meant it, but maybe this helps:

Here in Amsterdam whole apartments are only allowed to be rented for 60 days a year. When that's reached it's not possible to book anymore. The listing may still be visible when doing a general search without dates, but it obviously doesn't show up anymore as available for searches with specific dates.

So even if you open up all of the remaining days of the remaining year, nobody will be able to book. The full 60 days (90 days in London) that are legally allowed have been reached.
