I think it's horrible that AirBnB has the audacity to host a contest giving away a million dollars when they don't take care of the hosts which fuel there business. I am very upset that I chose a refund policy, amongst 6 choices, to protect myself, and it is not honored. This was my protection which I lost; now I stand to loose my home as this is my only income. Guests can buy travel insurance which I always do when I travel. Also, corporations are also reimbursing guests who lost money. Small businesses are now suffering and AirBnB is protecting their business, not the host, and now have a contest that helps themselves. We have no say. This shouls be a class action lawsuit with all hosts standing up for our choices in policy.
