Air BnB emails are coming through as opened/read

Hi,

I have had the same gmail account set up to our listings for the past three years and had no issues previously.

Recently all our Air BnB emails are coming through as opened/read before actually being opened - I have already had a number of bookings that i have missed and i am eager to resolve this before the season begins.

Any advice gratefully recieved.

@Adam1340   Hello Adam. I'm glad you mentioned this because in recent weeks I've received several already opened messages.
