AirBnB Wont Give Refunds Even if your life depends on it.

Try getting a refund at AirBnB even when they have committed fraud?  No chance.  I am so disappointed with my booking at AirBnB they have ruined my vacation, and I'm still trying to get a refund.  I think they are going to lose a lot of customers to other places like VRBO that may have better customer service.  https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/07/airbnb-guests-complain-its-hard-to-get-coronavirus-refunds.html

Difficult to comment as you haven't said under what circumstances you feel that you would be entitled to a refund @Irene1023
