We contacted them on Aug 28. They blamed it on LA City. LA City cleared it up shortly after. On Sept 4, AirBnb told us we would need to wait 1 to 2 days for a resolution. We reluctantly accepted that. It has now been 12 days and still no resolution.
They "closed" our message thread because they had "escalated" it!
Is there anyone else at AirBnb we can contact?
Does anyone know who else I can contact?
Is there a lawyer that deals with AirBnb issues?
