For anyone experiencing difficulties in accessing Airbnb just now, the site has crashed. Global outage. They're working to fix.
Dashboard issues were resolved - 3rd attempt - logged out, closed browser, cleared cookies. Thanks @Emiel1. There are many new changes to the dashboard, cleaning is under performance now (it seems to be about selling supplies and services).
However, I still have a MISSING PAYOUT from Friday Oct.16, day of global outage. It shows as pending in transaction history, under upcoming payments. I received no email notification of payment, it's 2 days overdue! I've been chatting to Support, but they aren't answering back. @Catherine-Powell, there's been a global outage, I'm trying to be patient, you apologized to me because Airbnb took 2 weeks to pay me in 2018, and all the time-consuming frustration of dealing with support. Is Air support on top of this in 2020?
Guests are checking out today, after a 5 night stay, and the pending payment has finally changed to processing, under transaction history. After this post, Air support began communicating again, and informed me payment was made - 4 days late.

It's incredibly disruptive.
Seems to be mainly on phone but did have crashes on computer yesterday Windows 10 via Chrome...via another place.
Microsoft Edge has gone off the edge off the cliff....
Why do these IT / AI people not get it that they are munting up people's lives when they change things around?
If it's not broken, don't try fix it.
