Airbnb fails with no customer service
How can someone speak to a person live? I’ve tried everything the help center the links the automated phones service sends and still cannot get Airbnb to answer via online or phone. Very poor quality service in the Houston Texas area. You can only talk to someone within 72 hours of checking by that time your stuck and lose your money according to their policy.

@Arisela23 The Houston area has nothing to do with it- as far as I'm aware, all calls get routed to their call center in the Phillipines, no matter where you are calling from. Airbnb customer service has fallen off a cliff into a bottomless ravine. Everyone, both hosts and guests, are experiencing exactly the same.
If you post here what your issue is, maybe someone can suggest a work around or something you could do so that you won't need to talk to CS.

Their customer service, whether on the phone or online is HORRIBLE! They can't be trusted with their promises even if you have it in writing.
